Where can I ask the refund of my ticket?

You can request the refund of your ticket entering My trips, there you can review all the conditions to make the refund. You can also check the voucher that we’ve sent to your email at the time of purchase.

If you purchased your ticket with LATAM Pass miles or points, we will credit the money for the refund to your LATAM Wallet. You can use it for any of our LATAM services with a validity period of 60 days.

If your trip includes seats or baggage, we will refund them to your LATAM Wallet once you have made the refund request.

If you bought your ticket from a travel agency, you will need to contact them to ask them about the refund.

If you want to change other extras of your trip such as accommodation or car rental, you will have to manage it directly with the provider (Booking.com, Rentalcars, etc.)
