Why can't I Check-in online for my flight?

There are various reasons why you may not be able to check in on our website:

  • If you have a national trip purchased at latam.com, you no longer have to check in because we do it for you. It’s automatic!
  • If you bought your tickets at travel agencies or other websites, or your flight is international, you must fill out your trip details starting 48 hours before the flight to activate your automatic Check-in.
  • If your flight had a time change or was cancelled. We recommend that you first review the new suggested flight option.
  • If you purchased your tickets with LATAM and the flight is operated by Delta, you can check in with us, but it will not be done automatically.
  • If you are traveling with another airline, you must check in on the corresponding company’s website. If the reservation code is different, you can get it through our Contact Center.
  • If for some other reason you cannot check in, we recommend you go to our counters or self-service kiosks at the airport on the day of your trip.
