What is the cabin baggage allowance for my trip?

Each time you fly with us, you may carry one Handbag to put under the seat in front of you, regardless of the fare purchased. The maximum dimensions of your personal item are 45 x 35 x 20 cm (height x length x width), including pockets, wheels, handle, etc. (17.8 x 13.8 x 7.9 in).

 

In addition, if you purchased a Promo, Light, Plus or Top fare, you will be able to take a carry-on baggage that is stored in the overhead compartment of the airplane. The maximum weight is 10 kg (22 lbs) if you are traveling in the Economy cabin, and 16 kg (35 lbs) if you are traveling in the Premium Economy or Premium Business cabin. The maximum dimensions are 55 cm high + 35 cm wide + 25 cm long.

How do I check my baggage status?

To check the information about the baggage associated with your reservation click on My Trips, 

•  Enter the order number or reservation code, which you can find in the  confirmation message sent to the email address registered during the purchase. Enter the last name of the person who is traveling then click on “Search” and wait for the results. 
• On finding the information about your trip, locate “Review your baggage”, verify all the information regarding the baggage items added to your reservation, such as number of items and weight.
• If you need additional information, access “Baggage Details” to get further information on each item.

If you want to add a new baggage item to your reservation, click on “Add Baggage”and follow the instructions.
