How does automatic Check-in work?

When you buy your ticket, we will give you a provisional boarding pass, and with the information you have entered, we will do your check-in automatically.

If you bought your tickets through travel agencies or other websites, or your flight is international, you must fill out your trip details starting 72 hours before the flight to activate your automatic Check-in in our Check-in section or in My Trips.

When there are less than 48 hours left before your flight, you’ll see your updated boarding pass and you’ll be all set to fly.

On the day of your flight, go to the airport like normal. If you are traveling with a carry-on bag, all you have to do is go directly to the boarding gate with your identity card or passport. If you have your boarding pass on your cell phone, you will see the gate number be updated.

If you have checked baggage, go first to our counter or self-service kiosk to label and send your bags.
