Conditions for baggage transportation

Conditions on the transport of baggage:

• Hold baggage must comply with the limits allowed individually, if you travel with more than one baggage the weight of these is not cumulative, therefore, if any of them exceeds 23 kilos it will be subject to excess baggage charges.
• Your baggage will be tagged until the final destination of your trip as long as the different flights are on the same reservation. However, in some cases you may have to pick up your baggage at connecting points for customs procedures or to change airports. This procedure also applies if you must stay overnight at the airport. The baggage must then be checked in again at the check-in counters.
• The weight and pieces allowed in your baggage are personal and non-transferable to other passengers.

Important information

Connections in Frankfurt, Germany (FRA): if you have a train connection or need to change airports, you must collect your checked baggage in Frankfurt.
