What should I do if my baggage does not appear?
If you entered your reservation on our site or in the LATAM App and do not see all your baggage, this can be due to any of the following reasons:
- You made a date change in your trip: If you changed the date of your flight for personal reasons, we will refund the money in your LATAM Wallet and you should buy it again.
- LATAM reprogrammed or canceled your trip: If your flight was canceled or reprogrammed, there may be a small delay in the allocation of your additional baggage to the new flight. If you have a trip in less than 48 hours and your baggage does not yet appear, call our Contact Center.
- Purchase problems: If you bought your baggage on our site, you made payment and it does not appear in your reservation, an error could have occurred in the purchase. In the case that your trip begins in less than 48 hours, call our Contact Center.
