Can I change my LATAM ticket if I bought it through a travel agency?

If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you will need to make the change directly through the agency. If you need to make changes to additional services (seats or bags), we recommend that you make all changes through the agency for optimal management of the changes. If you purchased other services, such as a hotel room or car rental, you will need to manage these changes directly with the provider involved (i.e. Booking, Rentalcars, etc.)

In the event of extraordinary circumstances we will be able help you make changes to your ticket in the following instances:

  • If you would like to make a voluntary change and your flight departs within the next 48 hours.
  • If the fare you purchased is not a special fare (e.g. an exclusive fare or an exclusive agency promotion).
  • If the itinerary of your trip only includes flights operated by LATAM or your reservation includes flights with other companies that are available in our systems.
  • If your purchase does not include a ground services program.
