Where can I find out about the fees to change my ticket?

You can check the fees to change your ticket in the section My trips at our site. Once there, go to “Ticket Change”, select your new travel date, and you will see the final amount of the new trip.

If your ticket allows changes, the fees will depend on the ticket you purchased (it could include a fee for making the change) and the difference in price between your original flight and the new one you choose.

 

Did you receive an invitation to change your flight at no cost?

Sometimes the option to change certain flights at no cost becomes available. If you received an invitation by email, WhatsApp or another official channel, you must access it exclusively through that message to choose your new flight. This option applies only to the invitations sent; it cannot be extended to other customers and does not modify our general flight change policy.
