Until when can I change my ticket?
The deadline for making changes may vary case by case, as it depends on the fare you purchased and whether you have already started your trip. You can check the change conditions for your ticket in My trips or in the receipt we sent to your email at the time of purchase, under the "Maximum stay allowed" section.
Keep in mind that these rules may have exceptions in the following cases:
- If we reschedule your flight due to a contingency.
- For medical reasons or in the event of a death.
