I need to present a Medical Certification to travel, how can I send it?

Through the MEDIF submission form at least 48 hours before the departure of your flight. Complete the fields, select the option "I want to make a request" and choose the requirement called "Travel documentation".

Do not forget to attach your MEDIF at the bottom of the page. Once we receive it, it will be evaluated by our doctors and we will contact you to provide you with the assistance you need.
