How can I sign up for the LATAM Pass program?

If you are not yet part of the LATAM Pass program, you can sign up by completing the registration form either on LATAM.com or on the LATAM Pass website. To register successfully, you must have an active email address and phone number at the time of creating your account.

Creating a LATAM Pass account

To create a LATAM Pass account, you need to fill in your personal information in the registration form on LATAM.com or on the LATAM Pass site and create a password for your account. 

Make sure you have access to your email and that your phone number is active when registering, as both will be used to validate your account. The account creation process is only successfully completed when you activate the link we send to your email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been delivered there. If for any reason you can no longer access the email you used to register, you will need to create a case or seek assistance through the Contact Center.

Do I need an email or phone number to create my LATAM Pass account?

Yes, to register for the LATAM Pass program, you must have an active email address and phone number at the time of creating your account. If these contact methods are not up to date, you will not be able to complete the account registration process.

Does it cost anything to sign up?

No, signing up is free. To be part of our program, just fill out the form.

How old do I need to be to sign up?

Age 2 and above, no matter the country of residence or nationality. You can register and start to earn LATAM Pass Miles when you travel with us or with associated airlines.

How can I check the balance of my LATAM Pass Miles?

You can check your balance in Your account. Log in with your user ID and password on our website or in the LATAM Airlines app.
