Can I cancel my ticket purchase?
Purchase cancellation and refund depend on the conditions of your ticket. The time frame also depends on the fare you purchased.
Shopping in Brazil, Colombia or Peru
- You can request to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket, through My Trips.
- Only for Brazil: the ticket must have been issued at least 7 days before the date of the flight.
Shopping at travel agencies or other places
You need to communicate directly with them to see which options you have for canceling. For purchases made in Chile, you can get in touch with our Contact Center to ask for your ticket cancellation.
If you need to know the conditions of your ticket, you can do so on the proof of purchase that we’ve sent you to your email.
If you purchased a travel package through LATAM Travel and want to know if you can cancel your ticket purchase

If you purchased a travel package through our partnership with Despegar, you should access their platforms or get directly in touch through their Contact Center to learn about refund options.
Important information
If you purchased your ticket at one of our LATAM Travel offices or through our Contact Center, bear in mind that the additional service fee is not refundable in case you cancel your ticket.
