Where can I request a refund for my ticket?

You can request a refund for your ticket by logging into our website and going to My trips, then selecting “Trip management" and the “Ticket refund” section. If you haven’t logged in, you can find your flights under My trips using your order or reservation number and last name, or with the email you used for the purchase.

  • If your trip includes seats or baggage, we'll refund them to the payment method you used for the purchase, as long as your fare conditions allow it.
  • If you bought your ticket through a travel agency, you'll need to contact them directly to request a refund.
  • If you want to request a refund for travel add-ons, such as accommodation or car rentals, you’ll need to handle it directly with the provider (Booking.com, Rentalcars, etc.).

 

[Only for Chile] Ticket changes or refunds for medical reasons

You can change the scheduled date of your trip or request a refund of the amount paid if:

  • You provide a medical certificate proving you're unable to travel
  • You notify us before the scheduled departure time of the flight
  • You submit the medical certificate within 24 hours of notifying us

Alternatively, you can request a refund, which will be processed within 30 days from the original scheduled travel date. Keep in mind that if you change to a ticket with a higher fare, you'll need to pay the difference.

The new travel date can be set for up to 1 year from the original travel date.

This right also applies to the passenger’s spouse or civil partner, parents and children, as long as they are included in the same booking.
