Can I change a flight or the date of my ticket?

You can make changes to the date and time of your ticket, as long as the fare conditions of your purchase allow it.

You can check if there is an additional charge for changing the date in the fare conditions listed on your purchase receipt or in the "What your fare includes" section of "My trips" on our website.

To change your flight date on our website, you must:

  • Go to “My trips” using your order number or reservation code and last name 
  • Click on the "Change the date of your flight" button on the right-hand section if using a computer; or, if using a mobile device, click on the "Manage trip" button located above the itinerary section and then select "Change the date of your flight"   
  • Review the ticket change conditions
  • Select the segment you want to modify and choose the most convenient date 
  • Choose the time and fare for your new flight
  • Confirm and pay any applicable costs
