Can I make a same-day flight change?

Yes, you can request a same-day flight change to modify the time of your flight while keeping the same day, origin and destination, from 24 hours up to 1 hour and 40 minutes before your flight's departure.

How to change the time

1. Log in to My Trips.
2. Go to the section “Change your departure time.”
3. Select the new time.
4. Confirm and pay the associated one-time fee.

Keep in mind that:

• You’ll keep the conditions of what is included in your original fare.
• If you requested special meals, they will not be available on your new flight.

When can’t I change the time?

• If your original flight includes connections and the flight you want is non-stop.
• If you purchased priority boarding or additional baggage with your fare.
• If you already checked your baggage at the airport.
• If you requested a service that requires confirmation 24 hours in advance (e.g., pet in hold or unaccompanied minors, among others).

Is there a cost to change the time?

It depends on your LATAM Pass category and your ticket’s fare type.

If you are not a LATAM Pass member or your ticket is a Basic fare, a one-time fee applies.

Domestic flights:
Within Brazil: Up to 120 BRL
Within Chile: Up to 35,000 CLP
Within Colombia: Up to 55,000 COP
Within Ecuador: Up to 20 USD
Within Peru: Up to 25 USD
Other domestic flights: Up to 75 USD

International flights:
Between South American countries: Up to 60 USD
Other international flights: Up to 75 USD

 

Keep in mind that the payment is non-refundable, except in cases of flight cancellations or delays.
