How do compensations and refunds work in LATAM Wallet?

In your LATAM Wallet, we will automatically compensate you when there are delays or cancellations of flights operated by LATAM Airlines. What’s more, If you have a pending Travel Voucher, you can added it into your LATAM Wallet.

And when you request a refund for tickets, baggage or seats (if the conditions and regulations apply), We will add the amount to your LATAM Wallet so you can use it immediately.

At the moment, refunds to the LATAM Wallet are only available in some countries.
