What is the LATAM Wallet and how is it used?

It's your new payment method where you can see your rewards and refunds. You can use your balance to purchase tickets, baggage and seats with LATAM Airlines. 

The LATAM Wallet is automatically created when you sign up or log in on our site, and it has no maintenance fees.

How to use the LATAM Wallet

If you have a balance, you'll see your LATAM Wallet as an available form of payment at the time of purchase. You can choose the balance you want to use and decide if you want to combine it with the available payment methods. 

For Peru: from your LATAM Wallet menu, you can access the "Add money" option. Choose the amount and you'll be redirected to the payment platform. You'll get a coupon to pay in person at participating stores. Once the payment is made, you can use that balance from your LATAM Wallet.

Important:

• Keep in mind that if you purchase your tickets or add-ons with miles, you will not be able to combine the payment with your LATAM Wallet.
• Combined purchases between a credit card and your LATAM Wallet can only be paid without installments.

How to withdraw money

Important: keep in mind that withdrawing money will depend on the condition of your amounts. Some balances, rewards and refunds can be withdrawn, and others are exclusively for purchases with LATAM Airlines.

In your LATAM Wallet menu, go to "Request money withdrawal." Enter the amount you want to withdraw and then fill in the requested information. 

If the request is processed successfully, the money will be reflected in your account within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that these periods are subject to the bank's processing times.

In Chile, you can choose if you want to withdraw via bank transfer or Vale Vista. If you choose Vale Vista, keep in mind that once created, it will be available in the bank for 90 days.

Currently, money withdrawal is available in Chile, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and the United States.
