How can I recover my reservation code?

The reservation code still exists for some tickets purchased in our classic version and to perform some actions in our new experience. You can find it on the unique proof of sale, which comes in the purchase confirmation mail.

If you need to log in to My trips, you can also log in with your Order Number. You can find this number on your boarding pass or in your purchase confirmation email.
