If you need to make a special request, suggestion or complaint about a dissatisfaction with a service and require assistance, you can create a case in our Help Center.

When can you create a case?

We recommend you to always look for answers in our Help Center or on our site. If you can't find the solution, you can create a case.

How to create a case?

Go to Create a case, follow the instructions, and you are done.

How to review the status of a case?

At the top of our Help Center we have available the option do you want to review a case? Enter your email and follow the instructions we will send you.

Important information

For the creation of cases in Germany, France and Italy, the forms will be available in the corresponding local languages, but the requests will be handled in one of our official languages (English, Spanish or Portuguese).
