If I fly with Delta, can I choose my seat?

You can choose your seat at no cost when flying Delta as long as you are an Elite LATAM Pass member on Gold, Gold Plus, Platinum, Black or Black Signature categories. After purchasing your tickets, you can choose your seat on My Trips at the seats section. Then, you will be redirected to the Delta website from where you can navigate the seat map of your flight.

If you are not an Elite LATAM Pass member, you can purchase your seat of choice at the same website or enjoy free seat selection according to your fare conditions.

Important: passengers flying the LATAM route between Sao Paulo (GRU) and Boston (BOS) operated by Delta

• If you had already selected a seat included in your fare, you will have to select it again for the Delta flight.
• If you are an Elite LATAM Pass member on Gold, Gold Plus, Platinum, Black or Black Signature categories and had already selected a seat at no cost, you will have to select it again for the Delta flight.
• If seat selection is not included in your fare and you have purchased it as an ancillary, the corresponding amount will be refunded through the same payment method in a maximum of 7 calendar days. The amount will be available in your account in a period that may vary according to the bank. If you wish to select your seat on the Delta flight, you can do so by visiting the Delta website.
