Where can I see my boarding pass?

You can check your boarding pass at:

  • My trips section of our site, by entering your Order No. or booking code and last name. 
  • Our LATAM App

You can also access from the email or WhatsApp that we sent you when you purchased your ticket.

If your flight has automatic check-in, we will send you a temporary boarding pass at the time of purchase, which will be updated 48 hours before your trip. We will inform you via email and WhatsApp if your flight already has this service.

We recommend that you save it on your phone so that you can review it whenever you need it without an internet connection.

If you cannot see your boarding pass, go to a counter on the day of your trip and we will help you. On international flights we will give you the boarding pass at the airport due to documentation checks by COVID-19, except from Guarulhos to Mexico and from Santiago de Chile to Mexico.
