Where can I download my purchase receipt?

You can find it in the confirmation email of the purchase of your ticket or additional, in the option download receipt. If you deleted the email and want to recover the receipt, you can do it from our site. 

If you have a LATAM account:

  1. Login
  2. Enter to your notifications.
  3. Look in your received or archived notifications for the purchase confirmation of your ticket and select it.
  4. Get the receipt in the download option.

If you do not have a LATAM account:

  1. Log in to My Trips with your email or your Order Nº/Reservation Code.
  2. Once logged in, select your notifications on the side.
  3. Look in the received or archived notifications for the purchase confirmation and select it.
  4. Download the purchase receipt.
