I didn’t receive or my LATAM Pass Miles from the flight weren’t credited

If you entered your LATAM Pass number when purchasing your ticket or at Check-in, your miles will be automatically credited:

• 4 days - flights operated by LATAM Airlines
• 30 days - flights operated by Partner Airlines

If you entered your number and still didn’t receive your miles after these deadlines, you can apply for the accreditation with your ticket number.

 

How do I add my pending miles?

1. Enter your pending miles to “Add”
2. Enter the ticket number
3. Follow the instructions

 

Consider that tickets redeemed with miles do not earn LATAM Pass Miles.
