Can I change or request a refund for a ticket redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles?

Yes, tickets redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles can be exchanged, depending on the conditions imposed by redemption type. We may also charge you a fee, which varies depending on the redemption.

The redemption conditions can be found in the "Sales Receipt" that we send to your email. You can also check "View regulations," which you can access from My trips.

To log in, enter your last name and booking code or your LATAM username and password. A third way to access is by consulting your Ticket Details.

To make the refund or exchange effective, send us the request through our Contact Center or you can create a case so we can resolve it.

If your redeemed ticket has the possibility of refund or exchange, the miles will be credited to your account statement according to the following rules:

  • The ticket must not have been used and must be valid.
  • The request must be made up to the same day of the travel date.
  • The redeemed miles must not be expired.
