How do I know if my LATM Pass account is active?
Your LATAM Pass account, once created, allows you to earn and transfer miles, in addition to other benefits offered by the program.
A LATAM Pass account is considered active only once the registration process is completed. If you create your account but do not activate the link we send in the confirmation email, your account will be registered with LATAM but not activated, meaning you won’t be able to use it.
If for any reason you are unable to activate your account through the confirmation link we send, you will not be able to solve the issue on our website and will need to manage it directly through the Contact Center.
