Registration of minors in the LATAM Pass program

Minors can register in the LATAM Pass program starting at 2 years of age and begin earning miles when flying with us or with partner airlines. 

How can a minor be registered? 

To enroll a minor on LATAM.com, go to the top section of the website, click the “Log in” button, then select the “Create account” option. On the LATAM Pass site, go to the top section of the website and click the “Sign up” button.

Who can register a minor? 

Minors can be registered by their parents or legal guardians. The responsible adult must provide their personal information and those of the minor during registration. We recommend using a new email address created specifically for the minor.

What information is needed to create an account for a minor?

The information required to register a minor includes the minor’s full name, date of birth, identification document and the details of the responsible adult. We recommend that the registration of a minor use an email address created specifically for this purpose.

What actions can be performed with a minor’s account?

A minor’s account is enabled to earn and transfer miles, but the latter action requires authorization from the responsible adult, who will be the primary contact for any important changes or communication related to the minor’s account.
