Can I change a flight or the date of my ticket?
Yes, you can as long as your ticket fare conditions allow it. Request the change directly by following these steps:
1. Go to "Reschedule your trip".
2. Enter your order number or reservation code.
3. Enter the passenger’s last name.
4. Click “Search trip.”
In this section, you will be able to manage your changes in one place, whether your flight was modified or if you want to request a voluntary change.
If you’re using the app
- Go to My Trips using your order number or reservation code and last name.
- Go to “Manage Your Trip” found in the section that is above the itinerary, and then go to “Change the date of your flight.”
- Choose the leg you want to modify, the new date, time and fare for the change.
- Confirm and pay any applicable fees.
If you’re using a browser
- Go to My Trips using your order number or reservation code and last name.
- Go to “Change the date of your flight” located on the vertical right-hand menu.
- Choose the leg you want to modify, the new date, time and fare for the change.
