Why can't I Check-in online for my flight?
There are several reasons why you may not be able to Check in on our website:
- If you have a domestic flight in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador or Peru purchased on latam.com, you don't need to Check in. We'll do it automatically for you.
- If you have a domestic flight in Chile, purchased your ticket from a travel agency or another website or have an international flight, confirm your travel documents after purchase. This will allow us to Check you in automatically starting 48 hours before your flight.
- If we change your flight time or your flight is canceled, first review the new flight option we offer you.
- If you purchased your ticket from LATAM and your flight is operated by Delta, you can Check in with us, but it won't be automatic. First, you'll need to confirm your travel documents.
- If your flight is operated by another airline, Check in directly on that airline's website. If you need the other airline's reservation code, you can find it in our Check-in section by entering your ticket number and last name. There, you can also find the ticket numbers associated with each person in the reservation, when applicable.
- If you can't Check in, on the day of your trip, go to our counter or self-service kiosk at the airport so we can help you.
