I didn’t receive or they didn’t add my Miles or LATAM Pass Points of the flight
If you’ve entered your LATAM Pass and/or CPF number when purchasing your ticket or at Check-in, your miles or points will be automatically credited at:
- 7 days - flights operated by LATAM Airlines
- 30 days - flights of Partner Airlines
- 30 days for associated businesses
If you’ve entered your number and still didn’t receive your miles or points after this deadline, you can apply for the accreditation with your ticket number.
[Only Brasil ] LATAM Pass points with our alliances
Regarding the terms of points accumulation, amount added or other information with our alliances, we recommend you to communicate directly with each one of them. Sending and transferring points is their responsibility.
For the accumulation of bonus points, we ask you to wait for the informed deadline.

- Enter your pending miles to “Add”
- Enter the ticket number
- Follow the instructions
