Why can’t I see my saved cards for purchases anymore?

Due to a mandatory system update, all saved cards were deleted on February 2, 2026. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, you can save your cards again on latam.com or the LATAM Airlines App and use them whenever you want.

Step-by-step guide to saving your cards

There are 3 ways to do it. Here’s how:

From the Your account section

1. Log in at latam.com

2. Go to Your account

3. Select the “Payment methods” option

4.Fill in the required details and click “Add”

5. That’s it! When you purchase on LATAM, we’ll show your saved cards as a payment option

During the purchase process

1. Log in at latam.com

2. Select your flights and complete the usual booking steps

3. On the payment screen, enter the card you want to use and save

4. On the same screen, find and activate the “Save card” for future purchases option

5. Complete your payment

6. That’s it! The card will be saved

From the LATAM Airlines App

1. Log in to the app

2. Open the menu

3. Select “Payment methods”

4. Then, select “Saved credit cards”

5. Tap “Add”

6. Fill in the required details and tap “Add”

7. That’s it! When you purchase on LATAM, we’ll show your saved cards as a payment option
