OFFICIAL RULES

JUNE 2024

I. SWEEPSTAKES

Sponsor: LATAM Airlines Group S.A., 6500 NW 22 Street, Miami, Florida, 33122.

1. The Sweepstakes is being sponsored by LATAM Airlines Group, Inc. (“LATAM”) in the United States in accordance with the terms and conditions stated below.

2. The Sweepstakes will be known as the “COPA AMÉRICA SWEEPSTAKES.”

3. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:00 Eastern Time (“ET”) on 06/06/2024 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on 06/09/2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LATAM shall have the right to extend the Sweepstakes Period or modify the terms and conditions if necessary. All Sweepstakes entrants will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

5. Likewise, in the case of force majeure events, LATAM shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes while informing all entrants on a timely basis. LATAM will have no liability whatsoever and will be held harmless by entrants for any injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind.

II. ELIGIBILITY

1. The COPA AMÉRICA SWEEPSTAKES are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older and comply with the eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules.

2. Because the Sweepstakes results will be made public, all entrants will consent for LATAM to publish the winners’ names in social media and other media required by law. Alternatively, entrants may receive a chance to share their experiences in their own personal social media accounts.

3. To enter the Sweepstakes, all participants must read the Official Rules and be fully familiar with their contents while correctly providing the following information when registering as a member of LATAM Pass on www.latam.com during the Sweepstakes Period: Full name, date of birth, passport number, country of residence, telephone number and email address. Existing LATAM Pass members will have to verify their email address and passport number such as it appears in their accounts. LATAM Privacy Policy.

4. Employees of LATAM, their respective subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, as well as the persons who directly or indirectly took part in designing, promoting and administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win.

III. HOW TO ENTER

1. All persons who register as new members of LATAM Pass on the entry form or existing members of LATAM Pass who verify their information in the corresponding Google Forms from 06/06/2024 through 06/09/2024 on www.latam.com will be automatically entered in the Copa América Sweepstakes.

IV. PRIZES

1. Nine (9) prizes, each consisting of multiple tickets to the 2024 Copa América, which is scheduled to be held in the United States from 06/20/2024 through 07/14/2024, will be awarded in a random drawing. Games included in the drawing are as follows:

• Mexico vs. Jamaica on 06/22/2024 at Houston. Two (2) prizes: One prize consisting of two (2) tickets and one prize consisting of three (3) tickets.

• United States vs. Bolivia on 06/23/2024 at Arlington, Texas. Two (2) prizes: One prize consisting of two (2) tickets and one prize consisting of three (3) tickets.

• United States vs. Panama on 06/27/2024 at Atlanta. One prize consisting of three (3) tickets.

• Jamaica vs. Venezuela on 06/30/2024 at Austin, Texas. Two (2) prizes: One prize consisting of two (2) tickets and one prize consisting of three (3) tickets.

• Costa Rica vs. Paraguay on 07/02/2024 at Austin, Texas. Two (2) prizes: One prize consisting of two (2) tickets and one prize consisting of three (3) tickets.

2. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions. 

3. Winners are responsible for ensuring that they possess all government IDs and travel documents required to use the prizes.

4. Winners are strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the prizes.

5. Transportation, accommodations, transfers, visas and/or other fees and services are not included. Winners are responsible for all costs or expenses associated with the prizes.

6. LATAM is not responsible for changes in the schedule or the cancelation of games associated with the prizes.

V. RANDOM DRAWING

1. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on Tuesday June 11, 2024.

2. The drawing consists of a random selection of a winner from all eligible entries using the list with the joint registration of new members of LATAM Pass and the validation of old members of LATAM Pass.

The drawing will be performed on Google Sheets using the RANDBETWEEN function. All entries from new members and existing members of LATAM Pass who verified their information during the Sweepstakes Period will be listed in a single column and nine (9) winners will be randomly selected.

After the selection of nine (9) winners, a LATAM employee from the E-Business department will randomly select two (2) alternate winners for each prize. In case that an original winner is deemed ineligible, refuses to accept the prize and comply with the Official Rules, or can’t be located, the prize will be awarded to one of the alternative winners in the order they were selected, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with the Official Rules. For transparency and verification, the drawing will be recorded.

3. Winners of prizes will be notified by email on Tuesday June 11, 2024 and Wednesday June 12, 2024. For all intents and purposes, the winner shall be considered officially notified the moment LATAM sends the email. If on the second day after notification the winner has not replied confirming both that they accept the prize and are willing to comply with the Official Rules, an alternative winner will be selected according to the conditions set above in Section 2. 

4. From Tuesday June 11, 2024 and Wednesday June 12, 06/12/2024, winners will be published here. Additionally, once winners confirm that they will comply with the Official Rules, LATAM will publish their names in its official social media accounts in the United States: Facebook (LATAM Airlines), Twitter (@latamairlines) and www.latam.com. 

VI. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

1. To claim a prize once contacted, winners must submit to LATAM the following information: full name, date of birth, passport number, country of residence, telephone number and email address.

2. Winners will receive their prizes by email as an e-ticket.

3. LATAM is not responsible for the loss of data, for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized on the Website or the Sweepstakes that may delay or prevent notification to the winner or the winner’s acceptance of their prize.

4. Only winners are allowed to claim prizes.

VII. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. LATAM will have no liability whatsoever for incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible email addresses or contact information. Entrants are solely responsible for all the information submitted on the entry forms.

2. Winners are responsible for ensuring that they have valid government IDs and all the documents required to travel to the United States and attend Copa América matches.

3. LATAM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify and change the Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants give their irrevocable consent.

4. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.

5. Without the need for a special authorization, all entrants give irrevocable consent to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice and video and that of family members associated with their participation in the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional and publicity purposes in any and all media or format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any permission, notification, payment or consideration. Likewise, LATAM is authorized to use such images without limitations.

6. LATAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and ban them for life from future promotions who it believes has attempted to tamper with or hack the entry process, operation or results of the Sweepstakes.
