How can I close my LATAM Pass account?

To close your LATAM Pass account and delete your personal data, please enter the request in our contact form, where a case will be created. You will be asked to attach a copy of your identity document.

To close your account and delete your personal data from the LATAM Airlines App, open the side menu and select “My Account” and, at the end of the page, you will find the “Delete account” option. For you to finish your request, it is important that you have your identification document on hand.

If the pass holder has dies, the Death Certificate should be attached.

Keep in mind that by deleting your account, you will delete all of your personal data, history, and accumulations. This action is irreversible.
