If you would like to update your telephone number, email address, password, gender or emergency contact, you can do so yourself by logging in to Your Account.

If you are unable to access your account to modify your information or you need to update your first or last name, date of birth or country of residence, you must create a case. Please attach your identity document and the specific information to be modified.
