Who should I contact if I have issues with my baggage?
If you have any issues when flying with Delta, you must report it to the last airline of your journey. In other words, the last airline you traveled with, even if you made the purchase through another airline.
Regardless of the issue you have with your baggage, remember that you should report it immediately when it occurs or when you notice it, at the airport where you are at the moment, so that the procedures can be properly applied.
Important: if your baggage is not delivered at the connecting airport where you were supposed to collect it for rechecking, you must contact the airline that took you to the connecting airport.
