What onboard services does Delta have?

When you travel with Delta on flights in the United States, you can enjoy the following onboard services depending on your cabin:

Economy Cabin

  • Selection of complementary snacks (sweet and savory) on flights longer than 400 miles.
  • Complimentary coffee, tea and water.
  • Drinks, juice and other options on select flights.
  • If you are over 21, you may purchase alcoholic beverages with the tap-to-pay system.

First Class and Delta Comfort+

  • Selection of complementary snacks (sweet and savory) on all flights.
  • Complimentary coffee, tea and water.
  • Drinks, juice and other options on select flights.
  • Beer, wine and selection of spirits for those over 21.

When you travel with Delta on long haul international flights, you can enjoy the following onboard services:

Economy Cabin and Delta Comfort+:

  • Selection of an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
  • Full offering of beverages, including beer, spirits and a wine selection.

Delta Premium Select

  • Selection of an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
  • Full offering of beverages, including beer, spirits and a wine selection.

Delta One

  • Welcome water bottle prior to flight departure.
  • Selection of an entrée, bread and dessert.
  • Full offering of beverages, including beer, spirits and a wine selection.

Passengers flying the LATAM route between Sao Paulo (GRU) and Boston (BOS) operated by Delta

Special services previously booked at LATAM will be managed as follows:

  • Wheelchair: transferred to Delta flight with no changes.
  • Meet and assist: transferred to Delta flight with no changes.
  • Pets in the cabin:
    • For itineraries without connecting flights: transferred to Delta flight with no changes.
    • For itineraries with connecting flights: service not available on Delta flights.
  • Pets in the hold: service not available on Delta flights.
  • Service animal: transferred to Delta flight with no changes.
  • Unaccompanied minors: mandatory service for passengers up to 14 years old on Delta flights, not available on itineraries with interline connections. Passengers who comply with the requirements may rebook the service directly with Delta.
  • Baby bassinet: transferred to Delta flight with no changes.
  • Other services: please contact Delta through their customer service available in your country in order to learn how other special services will be managed for the corresponding route.

Important: special services previously booked at LATAM and not available on Delta flights will be refunded through the same payment method in a maximum of 7 calendar days. The amount will be available in your account in a period that may vary according to the bank.
