If I did not use my ticket, can I request a refund of my boarding fees?

If you purchased a ticket and were unable to travel, you can request a refund of your boarding fees even if your ticket does not allow for a refund. You can make your request by accessing My trips, or on LATAM.com homepage, under the “Boarding Fee Refunds” section.
