Where can I check the status of my refund?
To check the status of your refund, you can log in to our website and go to My trips. If you haven’t logged in, you can search for your flight in My trips with your order number or reservation code and your last name, or the email you used for the purchase.
Remember that we will refund your ticket to the payment method used for the purchase within 7 working days once the request has been made (in the case of Brazil, this will be within 7 calendar days and, for Peru, within 5 working days). The time in which you will see the refund reflected in your account will depend on each bank, with the expectation that it will be as soon as possible.
