Refund for Chilean shipping fee rebate

According to the rebate of boarding taxes in Chile, a difference was generated with the taxes paid by some passengers. 

Who can request a refund?

All Chilean and foreign passengers with domestic and international flights with boarding in Chile, who meet these requirements: 

• To have purchased a ticket before August 31, 2019.
• Have traveled from September 01, 2019 and onwards.
• Have embarked from a Chilean airport.

How much is the refund amount?

If you have already made your flight, we will refund you between $250 and $750 pesos (depending on the route) and this corresponds to the difference in the taxes you paid. 

What is the process to request a refund?

You can request it in the form to refund boarding fee rebates. Once the request is made, we will issue a sight voucher in your name within 15 working days and notify you by email. 

If you are not Chilean or you are outside Chile, you can request the refund of the difference in boarding fees by creating a case.
