If I request a refund for my ticket, how much money will I be refunded?

The total amount to be refunded will depend on the fare you purchased. You can check the details of your refund amounts by logging into our site and going to My trips under "Ticket refund". If you have not logged in, you can search for your flights in My trips with your order number or reservation code and your last name, or with the email you used to purchase.

You can always request a refund for the boarding fees of the flights you do not use, even if your ticket does not allow for a refund.

If your flight was cancelled or rescheduled, we will refund the total of the flights and services you purchased from us and did not use.

Important information

If you purchased your ticket at one of our LATAM Travel offices or through our Contact Center, bear in mind that the additional service fee is not refundable in case you cancel your ticket.
