Can I change my ticket due to medical reasons or a death?
If someone on the reservation or an immediate family member has passed away or has a medical condition that prevents them from traveling, you can contact our Contact Center so an agent can assess the situation and help you find a solution.
Note that you must notify us before your flight and have a possible new travel date in mind. We may also request the following:
- A medical certificate detailing the condition that prevents you from traveling.
- Documentation proving the family relationship, when applicable.
