I have an open ticket; how do I reschedule it?
If your flight was canceled or rescheduled in the past and you have an open ticket, you can choose a new flight up to 12 months from the date of your original flight.
If your original trip was scheduled to start between March 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021, the validity is extended until March 31, 2026.
Keep in mind there may be a fare difference charge.
