Important information

If you have flights from New York (JFK) to Santiago (SCL) or São Paulo (GRU), save time and skip the lines at the John F. Kennedy Airport security check (Terminal 4). Enter your flight details, check available times, and reserve your time completely free of charge.

If you have flights departing from Caracas, you must arrive at this airport 4 hours before the departure of your flight, as per local authority regulations, the check-in counters close 2 hours before the departure of each flight, without exception.

To access the domestic boarding area at Santiago de Chile (SCL), you need to go through security processes in the west section (poniente) of Terminal 1. We recommend arriving early to allow enough time to reach your boarding gate, which may be located in zone A or B of the terminal.
