How do I know the terminal or gate of my flight?

This information appears on your boarding pass. Sometimes the data may vary, so we recommend that you check the information screens located at the airport.

If you are flying from Los Angeles to Santiago, Sao Paulo or Lima and traveling in the Economy cabin, you must enter the airport and go through the security control in Terminal 2. If you are traveling in the Premium Business cabin, you may also enter through Terminal 3 and use the Delta One check-in.
The benefit of accessing the Delta One check-in is exclusive to passengers traveling in the Premium Business cabin and does not extend to companions traveling in the Economy cabin. Passengers who are entitled to bring companion(s) according to their LATAM Pass category may do so by accessing the LATAM Premium Check-in (Terminal 2) and the Delta Sky Club Lounge, in accordance with the access conditions applicable to their category.

Important information

  • If you have flights from New York (JFK) to Santiago (SCL) or São Paulo (GRU), save time and skip the lines at the John F. Kennedy Airport security check (Terminal 4). Enter your flight details, check available times, and reserve your time completely free of charge.
  • You can access the domestic flights from Santiago de Chile (SCL) at Terminal 1 through two different entrances: gate area A and gate area B. To find the most convenient access for you, just check your boarding pass and look for the letter of your boarding gate.
If your destination is Rapa Nui (Easter Island), you must always enter through gate area A due to an additional security screening.
