If I request an invoice, how will I receive the receipt?

Generally, the invoice and receipt of payment is delivered by email. However, depending on the country of purchase, this may vary. If you have any questions, please contact our Contact Center for assistance.

Invoicing request in Bolivia

To request an invoice, the flight must depart from Bolivia and must be taken within the same month in which the ticket was purchased. The Request must be sent by e-mail to grp_emisionfacturasbo@latam.com with the following information:

  • Business Name
  • Tax ID (NIT) No.
  • Sales Receipt (CUV)
