[Only Ecuador] Where can I download my invoice?
This option is available only in Ecuador. And if you requested an invoice, you can find and download it in your invoice request email. If you deleted the email and want to recover the invoice, you can do it from our site.
If you have a LATAM account:
- Login
- Enter to your notifications.
- Search the received or archived notifications for the invoice request and select it.
- Get the invoice in the download option.
If you do not have a LATAM account:
- Log in to My trips with your email or your Order Number/Reservation Code.
- Once logged in, select your notifications at the top.
- Search in the notifications or archives for the invoice request and select it.
- Get the invoice in the download option.
