What do I do if my identity card, passport or visa expires?

You must call our Contact Center and request an exception to the conditions of your ticket to make a change in your flight.

To do this you need the original document or a copy of the expired documentation (including visa). There is no restriction on the expiration date of the documentation.

In the case of Chileans on domestic flights within Chile, proof of identity document renewal isn’t valid for security and identification checks and is, therefore, not accepted for travel.
