I lost my ID or passport, what can I do to continue my trip?

If you are abroad, we recommend you to consult with the embassy or consulate of your country so that they can give you a solution.

If you are in your own country, we recommend you to report it to the police so that they can give you a "provisional" document.

 

In Peru you will be able to present your DNI (expired), passport or driver's license. In Argentina, you will not be able to fly if you do not have your ID card. In Colombia you will be able to present the Certification issued by the National Registry of Civil Status (also known as "password"), Military Book or Driver's License issued in Colombia.

 

If your documents were stolen, you can call our Contact Center and request an exception to the conditions of your ticket. With this, you will be able to change the dates of your flight, while you solve the problem.
