How long does it take to deliver the LATAM Pass catalog products redeemed with my miles?

In Ecuador, from 10 to 15 business days after the purchase is accepted.

In Chile, the products will be delivered approximately 15 business days after the transaction is successfully completed:

• 15 BUSINESS days outside Santiago, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; with an associated shipping cost.
• 15 WORKING days in Santiago, i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; with no associated shipping cost, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• For shipments to Extreme Regions this term could be extended.
• We do not ship to Easter Island.
