Can I change or return a product redeemed with LATAM Pass Miles?

You can change or return a product that you have redeemed from the LATAM Pass Catalog when it presents manufacturing or functional deficiencies, within three months of receipt, fulfilling the following requirements:

  • That the product has not been opened, used or tested.
  • The product must be in its original and complete packaging and labels.
  • That it has its original accessories.
  • The product must have the receipt or the product's shipping guide.
