Can I sell my LATAM Pass Miles?

The sale of LATAM Pass Miles is not permitted. Any misuse of LATAM Pass Miles will be grounds for immediate forfeiture and loss of such LATAM Pass Miles, and may be grounds for the loss of the total LATAM Pass Miles in the member's account and the expulsion of the member from the LATAM Pass program, without prejudice to any other actions and rights that may apply in accordance with the law and these Regulations.
